Here at OKK we seek to connect the amazing kawaii fandom community here in the UK with affordable and high quality stationery. Because a little kawaii in your life makes everything just a little bit brighter, amirite?
Run by creative partners Bear and Dee and assisted by their army of curators, OKK began a couple of years ago as Dee discovered the joys of bullet journalling and so embarked on a mission to find the perfect bullet journal … Coupled with a fascination of all things East Asian, it quickly developed into a bit of an obsession.
But finding the goods that met her expectations wasn’t so simple. And so along with her partner Bear they embarked on a journey to bring cute, quirky and one of a kind stationery products to the UK market without the agonisingly long wait or expensive shipping fees. And don’t even get us started on return policies or shipping!… (>.<‘)
You won’t find anything here in shops or supermarkets; so regardless if you love stationary or just want a little more cute in your life, this is the place for you to connect with unique and beautiful supplies to get you in the creative mood.

FAQs
How long will my stuff take to arrive?
Our products are based here in the UK and sent by Royal Mail so you should receive your treats within a few working days. Officially though, Royal Mail tells us to give it 7-14 days at the latest!
Do you ship Worldwide?
At the moment we are only shipping to the UK but plan on expanding this, so watch this space – Worldwide shipping coming soon.
Are you really based in the UK?
Yep! We’re based in Cheshire North West and all of our stock is here to so you don’t have to wait forever for your goodies.
What if I don't receive my order?
In the incredibly unlikely event that you don’t receive your order, we will of course send a new replacement or a full refund or if the item isn’t in stock (Our products move fast!).
What if I change my mind?
Aw we’re sorry your OKKawaii order didn’t live up to your expectations, we strive to provide the very best customer service so shoot us a message and we’ll get in touch to let you know what happens next. You can take a look at our returns policy here.
What if my items arrive damaged?
It’s very unlikely as everything is inspected before shipment and sent in a very secure and well padded envelope. However the item can be returned to us for a full refund, no problem.
